Please remove rear cooling fan to avoid damage during shipping. It is a fragile fan which gets damaged very often (50-60%). Dealer will charge 80$ to replace the fan. Plus it is much easier to pack it without the fan. Check our pictures on how to remove it.

You have to send us your unit for repair/rebuilt. It will be carefully rebuilt and sent back to you coded which means it will be plug and play. IF YOU HAVE ONLY CD SLOT, BUT YOU HAVE NAVIGATION SYSTEM, IT MEANS YOU HAVE NEXT GENERATION CIC MODULE, WE REPAIR THEM AS WELL, BUT THIS LISTING IS ONLY FOR CCC SYSTEM.

9) CAN YOU FIX MY LOOSE VOLUME BUTTON AND OTHER COSMETIC ISSUES?

10) WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE TO FIX MY 10yr UNIT??
• WELL EVEN IT IS 10yrs OLD, it is still quite complex and sophisticated unit. It contains 5 units inside (ASK, TUNER, CCC, CHOST, CGATE), and any can fail.Takes 5-48hours to refurbish JUST one CCC plus equipment and parts (120-200$).Think about this unit as a real laptop, its got even removable RAM, which will fit older laptops! Parts alone might cost 200-300$ and just to open this unit it takes 1 hour! For example DVD drive costs 180$ alone and if it failed, your CCC won’t even boot. So it is not really a gold mine business.
11) OK I DECIDED TO TRY YOUR SERVICE, HOW DOES IT WORK???

13) WHO ARE YOU? HOW DO I KNOW ITS NOT A SCAM?

After those repairs units are usually belong to trash. Unit is complex and takes 4-8 hours to fix just one!!! sometimes we spend days or even weeks to find out the root of the problem!!! If you think its easy repair, think why you don’t see that many shops offering it in USA.
14) What can I do to prevent CCC failure??
• Make sure your alternator and battery are in good shape
• CCC might fail when you drive with bad battery or jump start it!!
• You think CCC is unreliable then? Try to remove battery few times from your iPhone while its working and it will fail as well and CCC is a big old Iphone at this point. In fact CCC will survive most of jump starts or weak batteries since its got sophisticated protection circuit plus memory backups
• Avoid any liquids getting into CCC units or any metal objects, like coins (we get a lot of CCC units fried bc of kids using dvd slots it as a piggy bank)
• Do not update CCC unit if you don’t have BMW optical interface (BMW OPS or ICOM) and good battery charger, just don’t even try. Chances are high it will be bricked.
15) Can CCC unit fail again after repair?
• Yes It can, just like any other unit in your car. Sometimes we repair one problem and another one might happen, but it is a rare case and that’s why
you have 1 year warranty and it means we provide free repair and you only pay shipping
. After our repair it should last few years, it depends how often you drive it and how many on/off cycles it runs. Lets say if CCC was installed on semi truck, which runs 20hrs a day, it would have lasted 20 years easily! I would say CCC lasts 50-70k miles on average. The 620 voice option will not be always preserved, so in case voice doesn’t work, you need to see a dealer to upload fsc code to the unit. In 50% cases we can restore it.
16) Will CCC repair fix my dreaded “NO SOUND” problem or any other problems i’m having with my bimmer??
• YES AND NO! Let’s say your car is equipped with premium DSP L7 amplifier and it is in working shape along with EVERY OTHER UNIT ON THE MOST (OPTICAL BUS) in your car, then YES you will get the sound and other units working after the repair.
BUT IF JUST ONE MOST BUS UNIT IS BAD, YOU WILL NOT GET THE SOUND, BECAUSE MOST BUS RING IS BROKEN. ALL MOST BUS UNITS ARE CONNECTED IN THE LOOP (RING) AND IF ONE FAILS- NONE WILL WORK. MAIN MASTER MOST UNIT IS A HEAD UNIT CCC, IT HAS OPTICAL OUTPUT AND INPUT, SO SIGNAL COMES OUT OF CCC OUTPUT, GOES THROUGH ALL THE MOST UNITS IN YOUR CAR AND COMES BACK INTO THE OPTICAL CCC INPUT. WE TEST EVERY CCC MOST TRANSMITTER BY UPDATING THE SOFTWARE USING THIS MOST TRANSMITTER, SO CCC UNIT AFTER REPAIR IS 100% IN WORKING SHAPE, SO IF YOU HAVE MOST BUS RING FAILURE, IT MEANS ONE OF THE UNITS FAILED, ALSO IN THIS CASE YOU WILL GET IDRIVE KNOB SPINNING FREELY OR ACTING UP! THIIS HAS NOTHHING TO DO WITH CCC, BUT WITH MOST FAILED UNIT AND MOST COMMON ARE: TCU, XM SAT TUNER, ULF, AMPLIFIER. SO PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME ALL ISSUES YOU HAVE WITH THE CAR WILL BE FIXED BY CCC REPAIR!!!!

-simple. Please contact us before sending the unit back because in lots of cases it’s not the CCC unit causing issues after repair: for example no sound is very rarely related to CCC unit repair, but to amplifier and other units. Warranty covers motherboard only! Warranty starts from the date you payed us.
Won’t cover:
-any drives (dvd or cd)
-physical damage
-WATER DAMAGE VOIDS THE WARRANTY!
Always replace cabin filters every 6 months at least. Clogged filters cause CCC water damage!!!
-Short Circuit due to coins inserted into DVD or CD slot VOIDS THE WARRANTY! Tell your kids it’s not a piggy bank!!
