This listing is for a set of 3 wall plates.  The diameter is about 3.75″ and each has a hole in the back to use for hanging. The plates are glazed and the figures of the children could be from the Lapland Series.  I found no chips or cracks.  Number 13 has some minor stains that seem to be under the glaze.
